Website & identification system

As a UX designer and developer, I created the Oknofix website with a focus on usability, clarity, and trust — essential for a service brand operating in people’s homes.
One of the key UX challenges was designing a seamless technician identification system. Customers needed a quick and secure way to confirm the identity of the person arriving for service. To solve this, I implemented a dynamic QR code system: each technician received a printed ID badge with a unique QR code linked to their personal profile page on the site. Scanning the code with a phone instantly displayed the technician’s photo and credentials, providing reassurance and building credibility.
This solution required UX thinking on multiple levels — from secure data access and user flows to mobile-first design and ease of scanning. It also streamlined internal operations by helping dispatchers and team leads verify technicians in the field.
The site was fully designed and implemented in WordPress, including layout, custom CMS components, and visual identity. It blends a modern, trustworthy aesthetic with practical tools — aligning brand perception with operational efficiency.
